The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Coordinator to join our growing Maintenance Team at Roy Hill Mine Village in Remote Northern WA. Reporting to the Asset & Project Manager, you will work closely with maintenance teams and the client to ensure best-practice asset management, high operational efficiency, and strong data integrity.
This is a hands-on, process-driven FIFO role supporting maintenance service delivery in a demanding remote environment, on a 5&2 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster.
The Role:
The Asset Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting maintenance operations. You will administer and govern the site’s core maintenance systems, ensure accurate asset data and reporting, and support planning and supply chain activities.
Key systems include:
- FMS (CMMS)
- Field Flex (work allocation)
- Insight (performance dashboards)
You will maintain asset registers and maintenance plans, manage master data and CMMS change requests, and deliver timely reporting and RFIs to ISS and client stakeholders.
The role also maintains the 52-week forward maintenance program, as directed by the Asset & Project Manager, supporting the Maintenance Planner (who owns short-term scheduling).
You will be the first point of contact for system access, managing user creation, lockouts, permissions, MFA, and device access, ensuring all controls are documented and compliant.
In addition, you will support the maintenance supply chain, raising and tracking requisitions and purchase orders, coordinating vendor quotes, receipting goods and services, and ensuring accurate cost allocation to the correct work orders and cost centres.

- Maintenance Supply Chain Support (requisitions, POs, receipting, cost allocation)
- Process Improvement & Standardisation
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in facilities maintenance, asset management, or maintenance planning environments
- Demonstrated CMMS experience (FMS@ISS preferred) and strong system literacy
- Strong Excel and reporting capability with high attention to data integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously with initiative
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical teams and stakeholders
- Experience with Field Flex and/or performance dashboards (Insight / Power BI-style tools)
- Understanding of asset taxonomy and maintenance plan development
- Procurement and administration experience (requisitions, POs, receipting, cost allocation)
- Familiarity with ISO 55001 principles and continuous improvement
- Physically fit and resilient, with the ability to work 12-hour days in a remote FIFO environment
- Australian Manual Driver’s License
- Full working rights in Australia
- Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months)
- Ability to work a FIFO 2&1 roster from Perth
