Executive Concierge – Part Time | Sydney CBD

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and service-driven individual to join our team as an Executive Concierge in the Sydney CBD on a Part Time basis, working Monday and Thursday, 8am to 4pm. This role is all about creating an outstanding workplace experience for employees, clients, and visitors—making every interaction personal, enjoyable, and memorable.

As an ambassador for our brand principles and culture, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our client-facing spaces and events reflect excellence and innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the primary contact for client-facing workspaces and internal events.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are reset, stocked, and equipment issues resolved promptly.
  • Maintain corporate spaces as a showcase for visitors.
  • Support client events, activations, and online community engagement.
  • Monitor and manage relevant mailboxes and administrative processes.
  • Drive sustainability and cost-conscious decisions in daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in hospitality or customer service with a track record of delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and organisational abilities.
  • Professional presentation and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, solution-focused team player.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Clear police check (within the last 12 months) and meeting compliance requirements.
