ISS is seeking dedicated Grounds Maintenance Workers to help us deliver exceptional service across our Port Macquarie sites. This role plays a crucial part in supporting ISS's commitment to delivering high-quality service. With a strong focus on service, the Groundskeeper will operate company equipment safely and perform all necessary duties to create and maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment for our client. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, mowing, trimming, spraying, cleaning, and other tasks related to the upkeep and design of both external and internal landscapes.

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:

• Mowing, trimming, spraying, and general grounds upkeep

• Cleaning and maintaining internal and external landscapes

• Irrigation repairs and installations

• Ensuring contract standards and safety protocols are met

• Representing ISS with professionalism and a service-first attitude

• Practicing safe manual handling and maintaining a tidy work environment

🌱 What We're Looking For:

• Solid gardening knowledge (mowing, weed control, etc.)

• Experience in a similar role or contract

• Ability to work independently with strong time management

• Pride in your work and a proactive mindset

• Clear communication skills

• National Police Check & Working with Children Check
