We are looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of Space Planner and Receptionist on a Full-time basis working with one of our Global Partners based in Rhodes.

Snapshot of your day:

  • Greet and assist guests and staff with professionalism and warmth

  • Provide excellence in customer service to internal and external customers

  • Understanding of and the proactive involvement in Work Health Safety standards

  • Register guests using the approved system and issue badges

  • Communicate and follow up with stakeholders from ISS site Space Champions to client Workplace Strategist/Occupancy Planners/Space Planners to enable the collection of information

  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather and validate space data

  • Use tools like iOffice, AutoCAD, and Excel to generate reports and layouts

  • Compile space planning reports and update databases for reporting purposes in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of information at all times

  • Actively participate in ISS Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement processes in order to innovate and deliver best practice

Minimum criteria:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Experience with space planning tools (AutoCAD, iOffice, Excel) preferred

  • Professional appearance and customer-first mindset

  • Ability to manage sensitive information and respond to emergencies

  • Prior experience in facilities, hospitality, or workplace services is a plus
