The Opportunity:

We're hiring a FIFO (Fly-In / Fly-Out) Dining Supervisor from Perth and nearby suburbs on a 14/7 roster for Full-Time Employment.

Working closely with the Site Manager and culinary team, you’ll be responsible for leading front-of-house operations and ensuring exceptional service across breakfast, crib, and dinner. This is a hands-on supervisory role where your attention to detail and customer service excellence will help deliver memorable dining experiences while upholding ISS’s reputation across our remote village operations.

• Competitive Annual Wage – $80,000 - $90,000 plus super

To Be Considered:

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role in high-volume hospitality or remote site environments

• Proven ability to manage front-of-house staff and coordinate smooth service across all meal periods

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP knowledge highly regarded)

• Experience in mining village operations (Desirable)

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Unrestricted work rights in Australia

• Must have a valid Police Check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one

• Must pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment, and Drug and Alcohol Screen

• Driver's License/Photo ID required

• RSA Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Desirable)
