We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Advisor to join our Marketing & Communications team and play an important role in shaping the future of ISS. In the role, you'll be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of our internal communications strategy. You'll create engaging content while working proactively with leaders and stakeholders to cultivate a culture of belonging and engagement across our workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

• Crafting and delivering on internal communication strategies that align with ISS Pacific’s goals.
• Managing a dynamic communications content calendar, balancing updates with key initiatives like HSEQ, wellbeing, and D&I.
• Creating compelling content – visual and written - such as business news, employee stories, and major announcements using digital tools to create content that drives storytelling and engagement.
• Collaborating with leaders to deliver impactful messages that strengthen engagement.
• Ensuring effective delivery of content across various platforms, including email, social platforms and digital screens.
• Managing the printed employee newsletter from content creation to delivery.
• Measuring and refining communication strategies for maximum impact.

Minimum Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Communications or a related field with internal communications experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for internal platforms.
• Experience with digital tools (SharePoint, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Proactive team player with the ability to manage both strategic and hands-on tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships across the business.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and improve communication effectiveness.
