Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service individual to join us on site located at the Brisbane Airport, employed on a Casual basis through the busy Christmas period with potential for ongoing employment
Position Details:
Reporting to your shift supervisor, with a supportive team you will work daily to provide the best customer service at different passenger screening points within the Brisbane Airport.
A Typical day for you will include
- Providing consistent high quality customer service
- Efficiently managing traffic flow of customers through to terminals
- Maintaining a professional and reliable service to the travelling public
- Previous experience in a hospitality, sales or customer facing role (preferred)
- Utilise your excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Criteria:
- Experience in providing consistently high quality customer service
- Previous food and beverages experience
- Sound written and verbal English and numeracy skills
- Previous experience in a hospitality, sales or customer facing role (preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure, being able to lead and guide a team in a complex and at times demanding environment
- Able to provide a clean criminal history check
