We work closely with employers, trainers and learners to provide practical, high-quality training that supports real workplace outcomes.

About the role
We are seeking a part time team member who can step into a busy RTO environment and provide confident, reliable administrative support with training provided.

This is a short-term, casual contract for 4 months, working 3 days per weeks on a Monday – Wednesday at our modern corporate office based in Brisbane city at Southbank, situated next to rail, bus and city-cat hubs. The role may be extended at the end of this period if internal workload permits.

Applicants must have valid Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position.

Purpose and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support day-to-day RTO administration activities
  • Assist with certificates, learner records and training documentation as directed by RTO administration team
  • Help to maintain accurate data entry and recordkeeping across systems
  • Assist with compliance-related administrative processes and phone calls
  • Provide administrative support to trainers and internal staff
  • Help ensure documentation is complete, accurate and up to date
  • Liaise professionally with learners, employers and internal stakeholders as required

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong administration, record keeping and documentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage different tasks
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and RTO systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to speak to learners across a variety of backgrounds
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong candidates would have previous experience within an RTO administration team and/or experience supporting customers and staff in a fast-paced environment.
