A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Performance & Transformation Manager to drive operational excellence, strategic improvement, and service innovation across a major corporate account. This senior role leads core support functions and steers transformation initiatives that elevate service performance, governance, and customer experience.

 

🌟 About the Role

The Performance & Transformation Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering the account’s transformation agenda. You will lead key support functions—including Health, Safety, Quality & Risk (HSEQ), Sustainability, Procurement, and Data & Technology—while overseeing programs of work that strengthen operational performance and embed continuous improvement.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with internal specialists, global subject‑matter experts, and senior customer stakeholders to ensure the account continues to evolve, innovate, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

 

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage transformation programs, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Oversee central support functions including Procurement, Sustainability, Data & Technology, and HSEQ.

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

  • Monitor program progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Guide and support operational teams to achieve key milestones and performance outcomes.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and change adoption.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Lead the development and rollout of performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to strengthen data‑driven decision making.
