The Opportunity:

We are looking for an exceptional Housekeeping Supervisor who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a local community, to join our team on a 2&1 fly-in-fly-out roster from Perth Airport to Karratha, at our Searipple Village site in Regional Western Australia. Working 10-hour days in demanding, remote environments means solid fitness and resilience are essential—if you’re driven, self-motivated, and ready for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for the client and team, and ensuring all Safety, Hygiene, Environmental and Quality Standards are met by staff as well as:

  • Leading and allocating daily cleaning tasks, providing hands-on support to Placemakers
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, HSEQ standards, and contractual cleaning requirements
  • Conduct cleaning audits and lead by example with quality and presentation standards
  • Managing rostering and scheduling with INX, RMS, or similar Workforce & Property Management system
  • Training and Team development as well as performance reviews

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in strong leadership, support and coordination of cleaning and housekeeping staff. You will have been successful at creating a safe working environment in the Facility Management space and ensuring continuity of quality and high presentation & cleanliness standards. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role
  • A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Experience with several Workforce & Property management systems
  • A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Australian Manual Driver's License - ESSENTIAL
  • Full Working rights in Australia - ESSENTIAL
  • Police Clearance (not older than 12 Months) – ESSENTIAL
  • Ability to work 2&1 FIFO roster from Perth OR Karratha
