We have an exciting new opportunity to join one of our global clients specialised in technology as a Facility Co-ordinator located on Kent Street in Sydney employed on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
This position is required to work with and support the team with the delivery of Facility Co-ordinator services across Australia.
A snapshot of your responsibilities:
• As the Facility Coordinator, the expectation is that the service delivery is completed in a compliant manner
• Build and maintain a good rapport with the client and client’s tenants
• Work closely with the Client to respond to, investigate and close out any service issues, escalating to the Key Account Manager where these aren’t able to be dealt with at a site level.
• Understanding of the following safety Cultures
• Participate with client auditors and audits ensuring that all documentation is accurately filed and easily accessible on request
• Represent the client as required in order to communicate with and request information from landlords, building managers, consultants and auditors.
What you will possess to be successful:
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Customer service and able to work within a regional team.
• Ability to utilise Microsoft computer packages.
COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required. As a service provider, ISS must comply with all public health directives and client requirements. Medical exemptions will apply.
