This role supports the largest account in the Pacific, where you'll play a key part in recruiting high volumes of frontline employees. Whether you're an experienced recruiter or a recent graduate ready to launch your career, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

🌟 About the Role

• Recruit entry-level frontline staff and supervisory roles across diverse teams
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: advertising, sourcing, selection, onboarding, and reporting
• Drive recruitment campaigns and build strong talent pipelines
• Lead engaging recruitment info sessions and coordinate interviews (phone, video, face-to-face)
• Collaborate with operational managers to ensure smooth placements
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience aligned with ISS standards

• Energetic, resourceful, and self-motivated with strong multitasking skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Recruitment, selection, and mentoring capabilities

🎯 Bonus Skills (Desirable)

• Experience with electronic recruitment systems (highly desirable)
