🔧 What You’ll Do
- 
Coordinate Master Data changes in FMS@ISS in line with procedures
 - 
Develop and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance plans across contracts
 - 
Manage internal and external client RFIs as part of business-as-usual processes
 - 
Establish and validate client Asset Registers in FMS, ensuring taxonomy compliance
 - 
Maintain data integrity across asset lifecycle, engineering, and maintenance planning
 - 
Support upkeep of the Technical Maintenance Plan (TMP) document
 - 
Assist Data Engineers & Coordinators in efficient use of FMS@ISS
 - 
Provide support during contract transitions and mobilisations
 - 
Establish reporting frameworks within FMS
 - 
Enable long-term PPM smoothing for resource and budget efficiency
 - 
Contribute to ongoing ISO 55001 certification maintenance
 
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 
Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP)
 - 
Strong skills in MS Excel and other data applications
 - 
High attention to detail and process orientation
 - 
Asset management experience in building services (preferred but not essential)
 - 
Results-focused with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
 - 
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
 - 
Effective communicator across technical teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders
