At ISS we are at the forefront of service innovation and delivering top-notch services to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and experienced Admin/Reception Attendant to join our Facilities Maintenance team at our site in regional Western Australia.
Reporting to the onsite Admin/Reception Supervisor, the primary objective of these roles is to assist in all front of house administration/reception and finance administration as required in a safe and efficient manner while providing a high-quality service to guests.
This role is the first “Face“ of the Village and must maintain a friendly, efficient and approachable manner at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure professionalism and accuracy with all information passed through reception to staff and management.
- Achieve an accurate and logical work sequence.
- Positively respond to all queries, redirect to departments as required.
- Assist in the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation.
- Assist in all guest arrivals and departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures and are customer focused.
- Regular liaison with Maintenance ensuring maintenance requests are completed quickly focusing on guest needs as a priority.
- Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure room cleanliness standards are maintained while meeting productivity goals.
- Ensure public areas are clean and well presented with regular monitoring.
- Ensure there is a constant presence visible on Front Desk during key times throughout the day.
- Daily liaison with the operations to ensure accuracy in room allocation.
- Ensure completion of daily duties, e.g. correspondence, filing, reports, etc.
- Site flight and accommodation bookings as required.
- Respond to customer complaints
- Model high standards of performance and behaviour
What we’re looking for:
- Min 2 years administrative experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Previous experience working with INX
- Microsoft Office application skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- System administration and recordkeeping skills.
- Highly developed attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels.
