An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Rolleston on a 2:1 roster, DIDO Bowen Basin or regional QLD.

Position:

• Coordinating all aspects of stewarding operations back and front of house at site
• Work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef with regards to all aspects of food service 
• Responsible for food safety and cleanliness of kitchens, store rooms and equipment 
• Lead and motivate a small team of Dining Utilities

Minimum Criteria:

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment 
• Have a proactive and solutions-focused approach to ensure operations run smoothly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with team and customers   
• Ability to pass a full medical and clearance check
• Safe Food Handling Certificate 
• RSA Certificate

 *Must reside in Bowen Basin or regional QLD. Interstate applications considered however relocation required.
