Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can see the results of your work every day? ISS is building a dedicated North Coast Cleaning Rectification Team and is seeking motivated individuals to deliver specialised cleaning services across government facilities throughout the region.

This is more than a cleaning role. It's an opportunity to be part of a skilled, supportive team that creates safer, cleaner, and more welcoming environments for local communities. You'll work across sites in Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a member of the North Coast Rectification Team, you'll undertake specialised cleaning and restoration services across a variety of government sites. No two days are the same, and you'll work alongside a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional results.

What We're Looking For

You will bring:

• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work outside standard school operating hours, including early mornings, afternoons, and occasional overnight stays
• A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• A NSW Working with Children Check
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual, hands-on work safely Highly Regarded Experience

While not essential, experience in any of the following areas will be highly valued:

• Window cleaning
• Hard floor restoration
• Detailed cleaning of schools, offices, and amenities
• Operation of floor scrubbers, wet/dry vacuums, pressure washers, and water-fed pole systems
• Working at heights
• Leading or motivating team members in a collaborative environment
