We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Key Account Manager to lead the delivery of one of our flagship precinct contracts. This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for a strategic operator who excels in client relationship management, operational excellence, and financial performance.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the strategic leadership, operational performance, financial management, governance, and service delivery of the South Bank Parklands contract. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and service partners while maintaining strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders to ensure exceptional service outcomes and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all contract operations and service streams.
• Ensure contractual obligations, KPIs, and service level agreements are achieved or exceeded.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with South Bank Corporation and key stakeholders.
• Drive service excellence, innovation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee workforce planning, labour optimisation, and resource allocation.
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Champion ISS's Zero Harm safety culture and ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.
• Utilise operational technology, workforce management systems, and business intelligence tools to improve performance.
• Ensure governance, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement programs are effectively implemented.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Significant experience managing large, complex service or facilities management contracts.
• Proven success managing P&L performance, budgets, and commercial outcomes.
• Strong experience leading large multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in workforce planning, labour management, and productivity optimisation.
• Strong understanding of Work Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors and external service providers.
• Current Driver Licence.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Experience

• Facilities management, integrated services, precinct management, venue operations, or public asset environments.
• Experience with workforce and reporting platforms such as UKG/Kronos, Power BI, Tableau, or similar systems.
• Formal leadership or project management qualifications.
