We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Client Service Manager to lead and manage cleaning operations across multiple sites in Queensland. Based out of our corporate office in South Brisbane, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, build strong client relationships, and lead a dedicated cleaning team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• 🧹 Lead and manage cleaning teams across various sites

What You’ll Bring

• 🧑‍💼 Management or supervisory experience in the cleaning industry (highly desirable)

• 🚘 Valid unrestricted driver’s licence

• 🕵️ Clear police check (dated within 6 months)

• 🔍 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• 🧪 Excellent understanding of cleaning chemicals and MSDS

• 🦺 Proven experience managing workplace health & safety

• 💪 Self-motivated with a proactive mindset

• 🌟 Natural flair for customer service

• 🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
