Maintenance Planner/Maintenance Scheduler/Master Data Coordinator

Are you passionate about asset management and data integrity?  We are seeking expressions of interest from people looking to join a growing team and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our contracts.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Coordinate and maintain master data within FMS@ISS
✔ Develop and manage preventative & predictive maintenance plans
✔ Validate client Asset Registers and ensure data accuracy
✔ Support contract transitions and reporting setup
✔ Assist with Technical Maintenance Plan (TMP) documentation and ISO 55001 certification
✔ Enable long-term PPM smoothing for resource and budget efficiency

What You’ll Bring:
✅ Experience with CMMS platforms (IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP)
✅ Strong Excel and data application skills
✅ High attention to detail and process orientation
✅ Asset management experience in building services (preferred)
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
