What You’ll Do:
Drive Workplace Culture: In this role, as a proactive and people-centric individual you'll be responsible for creating spaces and enhancing the workplace experience, fostering strong stakeholder relationships with various business units and leading your team to make it a place where people and business thrive
Process Improvement Leadership: Lead the charge in process improvement initiatives, your guidance will be instrumental in shaping the ongoing development of our workplace practices to provide best in class workplace solutions
Operational Excellence: With your strong operational management skills and adaptability in a fast-paced corporate environment, you'll deliver consistent, reliable, and contemporary workplace services and operations, leveraging data and insights that create opportunities for tangible and sustainable change
The Position:
- The main focus of this position is to build stakeholder relationships and deliver workplace change, support the space planning and property initiatives on the ground, to drive and influence Workplace behaviors and experiences that align with the client’s key portfolio objectives.
- You will lead a team of Workplace Partners onsite, who oversee the coordination, planning and delivery of workplace services and space solutions.[at this Melbourne location]
The role will focus on supporting the Workplace Experience Lead to enhance workplace experience, operations and support the strategic direction and initiatives.
- This role will create opportunities and channels for behavioral and occupancy insights and observations gathered and documented by themselves and their team to ensure Group Property are making data and insight-driven decisions on how the space is being used and could best be optimised, driving operational excellence

Minimum Criteria:
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and building strong relationships across business units.
- Previous Workplace /FM soft services delivery experience will be highly regarded
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership skills to drive process improvement and foster a culture of innovation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Willing to complete background/probity check (National Police Check, ASIC – financial services)
