We are seeking an expert Technical Operations Manager to join us on a Full-Time basis. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, embody our values and prioritize outstanding service. They will work with a prominent National client in the telecommunication sector, with great alignment and commitment to delivering high-quality operational services. The role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney and will involve working closely with the client to ensure successful delivery of customer concepts.
The Position:
- Lead the BMS Operations Team, ensuring efficient monitoring and control of all client connected facilities.
- Provide guidance to Facility Managers in addressing day-to-day operational challenges.
- Manage contractor relationships, validate KPIs, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks, proposing solutions to ISS management.
- Ensure effective management of risk identification/controls, incidents, and tenant/client/customer issues.
- Collaborate with Operations Management to meet contractual requirements and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and ensure project delivery aligns with client needs.

Minimum Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in technical operations management, preferably in facilities management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Understanding of Building Management Systems and critical operations.
