We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Compliance Manager to join our team on a Full Time Basis based in Adelaide.
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, the Contract Compliance Manager will form an integral part of the school community and is the key member of TESA Education service delivery team. The role is ideal for someone with multi-stakeholder management experience; will suit an energetic and extremely motivated professional to drive our service and excellence culture.
The role has two primary functions:
- Lead the commercial management of school contracts ensuring adherence to financial obligations and implementing cost control measures
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at optimising resource allocation and enhancing operational efficiency, thereby supporting organisations financial sustainability goals
Experienced candidates will be considered if they have the following skills:
- Ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships with the community, education, business and government
- Demonstrate knowledge of Safe Work Practices, incident reporting and hazard management.
- Experience in liaising with the relevant Operator Representative and Services Contractor as required to ensure smooth operation of the Schools;
- Ensuring the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained at all times.
To successfully join the team you will have the following Essential Skills:
- Be aware of and understand Work, Health and Safety Legislation
- Demonstrated experience working in a high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing a multi-stakeholder relationship
- Strong influencing, negotiation and leadership skills
- Strong experience in complex contract management.
- Strong experience in working in a PPP environment.
- Sound administrative & computer skills and working knowledge of asset and maintenance management systems
- Ability to balance priorities within a dynamic establishment environment
- National Police Check within 3 months, or ability to obtain
- Understand KPI’s for facilities management contracts
