Roster: FIFO 4 days on, 3 days off
Salary: $95,000 Base

We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Performance Excellence Analyst to join our team and manage the contracts performance functions with precision and efficiency.

A Snapshot of What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor contractual KPI’s providing analysis & guidance to improve and streamline processes to meet operational scope.
  • Prepare, review, and manage monthly billing to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client and company contractual scope.
  • Support Operations team to monitor contract performance and compliance.
  • Keep detailed records of all documents, amendments, and communications. Ensure all data are properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to the contract.
  • Work closely with the Client & ISS key stakeholders to ensure financial data is available and update as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3 years minimum in a Financial Analyst/Finance Business Partner role. (Within the energy, utilities, or resources sectors highly desired)
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to collate information related to contract KPI’s, supporting our reporting dashboards.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and implement process improvements.
  • Communicator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Qualifications: Business/Commerce/Finance related tertiary qualification.

Successful applicants will need to pass a National Police Check, Medical (inclusive of a drug and alcohol test), and complete site inductions, prior to mobilisation.
