  • $77,700 annual salary, inclusive of super
  • Based at one of our ISS Office sites or client sites in Melbourne, Perth or Adelaide
  • Role rotations over 18 months across key business functions (working across a variety of Key Accounts in different Business segments, e.g. Health, Resources, Aviation)

About the Graduate program

ISS is offering an 18-month intensive Global Management Trainee Program (based in your state) to recently graduated university students with leadership potential and a commercial mindset.

 

As part of the globally developed program, you will receive a thorough introduction to the ISS business gaining insights into the organisation at national, regional and global levels. You will also be exploring customer needs at strategic, tactical and operational levels and develop a sound understanding of the key business tools to meet our customer challenges.

 

ISS Graduates will be making meaningful contributions across various functions, with many opportunities to demonstrate the values of: accountability for self-development, completing work to a high standard, ensuring client confidentiality, maintaining customer service with a high level of stakeholder engagement.

 

Graduates will be assisting in:

  • Day to day operations of the site or facility ensuring KPI’s are met.
  • Production of safety packs and HSEQ documentation.
  • Preparation of P&L reports both at an account and finance level.
  • Provision of HR support.
  • Managing, empowering and developing our placemakers.
  • Hands on experience working with our frontline placemakers

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply, you will be:

  • Tertiary qualified in Business, Commerce or other related Facilities Management fields - in your final year or graduated in the last 3 years from any University worldwide!
  • As this is an ongoing position, Australian permanent residency or Australian citizenship will be required
  • Hold some relevant industry, internship or business administration experience (whilst a positive is not essential)
  • Have a valid drivers license and own transport
  • Ability to relocate to capital cities within Australia 
  • Mobility within Australia & APAC region is essential (particularly for post-programme ongoing employment with ISS)
  • Current holder or willing to obtain a passport
  • In July, be available for a virtual information session, complete an online leadership potential assessment, followed by a presentation and panel interview with our Leadership Team.
