Exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Site Supervisor to join us at our site located in the Brisbane, employed on a Afternoon shift, Full Time basis.
The Position:
- Daily maintenance of cleaning throughout the site
- Control of the cleaning budget
- Review stock levels and complete orders as required
- Scheduling of ongoing maintenance programs for all periodical cleaning
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to day to day cleaning at the site
- Supervision of cleaners in relation to day to day cleaning
- Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for quality control and service rotations
- Receive and respond to emails as required
- Issuing and managing staff rosters and time sheets

Minimum Criteria:
- Proven supervisory experience within a small to medium team
- Prior cleaning experience preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of cleaning equipment and processes
- Sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals
- Sound knowledge of HSEQ processes and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, being able to lead and guide a team in a complex and at times demanding environment
- Able to provide a clean criminal history check
- Excellent communication skills with sound computer skills
