ISS Facility Services are encouraging Expressions of Interest from accomplished Facility Managers, to drive operational excellence across fully integrated hard and soft services within South Australia.

The role will include maintenance of plant, equipment, contract management, HSEQ as well as cleaning and soft services while driving visible improvement in standards of service to the customer. A strong focus on end-user experience and superior service quality as well as governance and attention to detail will be key to success.  Hard maintenance will include planned and reactive Asset Management and a focus on Lifecycle Management.  The Facility Manager will oversee the day to day management of current and future portfolio requirements. 

The roles would be Full Time Permanent opportunities, working from our ISS Marleston Office.

• Driving continuous improvement across all services
• Promoting and developing a cohesive, positive workplace culture including people management
• Contract and legislative compliance
• Managing direct maintenance and sub-contractor compliance
• Multiple locations across South Australia

What will you possess to be successful   

• Previous experience in stakeholder management / building and maintaining successful relationships 
• The ability to build strong working relationships with clients, employees and stakeholders 
• Awareness of workplace health & safety regulations  and legislation
• Ability to pass a national police check and client probity requirements
• Proven experience managing diverse teams effectively and managing complex delivery models 
• Demonstrated ability managing stakeholder relationships
