Our team is growing and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Customer Service Supervisor supporting our varied Western Australian contracts, employed on a Full Time basis.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the primary objective of this role is to effectively manage the cleaning services across various locations in line with contractual agreements. No two days will be the same and you will work both systematically through the sites and also as required reacting manage issues as they arise throughout the portfolio.

You will be required to lead, support and coordinate staff, while maintaining a customer focus and safe working environment.

In this high performance environment you will achieve success by consulting with stakeholders on a regular basis while tenaciously driving performance delivery.

The Position:

  • Supervision of varied cleaning locations
  • Coach and mentor a large team of Cleaners
  • Delivery of excellent customer service and professional, positive communication to all clients and customers within agreed timelines
  • Oversee the cleaning standards of all facilities including; offices, classrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and grounds
  • Lead by example, the safety performance of locations reporting and investigating any incidents and injuries in required time frames
  • Maintain accurate cleaning records and compliance standards completing auditing to agreed schedule
  • Stocking of supplies and ordering as necessary
  • Manage various rosters
  • Work autonomously as part of the wider contracts management team

 Minimum Criteria:

  • Demonstrated supervision of large Cleaning, Integrated Services or Hospitality portfolio
  • Proven management of team of 30+ front line team members
  • Demonstrated client/customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage a team supported by digital software tools i.e. electronic time and attendance, digital communication tools
  • Proven experience working within set budgets
  • Technical cleaning experience an advantage, or proven ability to learn quickly
  • Flexibility to work across peak business times
  • Must have valid driver’s licence
  • Police Clearance less than 3 months old
  • Working with Children Card desirable

You must be a self-motivated, services professional that can supervise a large team, leading by example and liaise with multiple clients daily. As you will be in constant contact with senior clients and external representatives, you must display a polished presentation and communication abilities.
