Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced individual to join our company in the position of Cleaning Services Manager, employed on a Full-Time basis in Adelaide. The Cleaning Services Manager will play a critical role in fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with customers as they oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of our client sites. You will develop a strong understanding of customer objectives and challenges to deliver tailored, high-value solutions, while leveraging your expertise in cleaning operations, people leadership, and financial management to consistently deliver service excellence to all stakeholders.
The Position:
- Lead end-to-end service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring all contractual obligations are met
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to drive service excellence and growth
- Oversee multi-site operations, ensuring efficiency, quality outcomes, and compliance with company and legislative requirements
- Manage and develop high-performing teams, including Site Supervisors and contract managers, across diverse portfolios
- Take full accountability for financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and profitability (P&L)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise operations and enhance service delivery
- Ensure compliance with WHS, industrial relations, and company quality management systems
- Provide regular reporting on contract performance and maintain strong internal communication with senior leadership

Minimum Criteria:
- Demonstrated years’ experience in a senior operations leadership role within cleaning, facilities management, hospitality, or resources environments
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing teams across multiple or remote sites and driving performance outcomes
- Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships and stakeholders within complex or matrix environments
- Solid commitment to HSE compliance and safety leadership, supported by strong communication and problem-solving skills
