ISS is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Master Data Coordinator—also known as a Data Analyst—to join our Technical Products and Performance Team working with a key client. This role plays a critical part in driving performance and value across our Asset Management functions throughout the client contract.

There are several 12 month fixed term roles available with opportunities working from our ISS Corporate Offices in Melbourne CBD and Macquarie Park (Sydney, NSW).

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Asset Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records from various sources into FMS (Facility Management System) to support operational asset planning.
  • Prepare, Process, validate and reconcile asset management data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and integrity of information.
  • Coordinate Master Data changes in FMS@ISS in accordance with established procedures

Data Management/Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

  • Coordinate the creation, review, and update of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Ensure maintenance schedules align with operational requirements and regulatory standards across all contracts and service lines.
  • Support lifecycle planning by providing accurate data for forecasting and budgeting
  • Co-ordinate the collection, maintenance and updating of Asset Data and maintenance Plans
  • Ensure long-term PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) smoothing in FMS to support resource efficiency and budget control
  • Assist in maintaining the Technical Maintenance Plan (TMP) document in collaboration with Performance Managers

Contract Support & Transitions

  • Provide support during contract transitions and mobilisations
  • Manage internal and external Requests for Information (RFIs) as part of business-as-usual processes
  • Establish and validate client Asset Registers in FMS, including data capture and upload aligned with Global & Local Taxonomy and TMP standards

Standardisation & Continuous Improvement

  • Support implementation of the Global Blueprint standardisation across all Key Accounts in the Pacific region
  • Leverage data from FMS@ISS to drive continuous improvement across Technical Services
  • Provide guidance and support to Data Engineers and Coordinators within Key Accounts
  • Assist in establishing reporting capabilities within FMS

Strategic & Compliance Support

  • Contribute to the creation of a data-led decision-making ecosystem and culture
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of ISO 55001 certification

 

🎯 What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data transformation tools
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently with energy, initiative, and adaptability
  • Excellent communication with technical teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders

Compliance requirement - Australian Citizen & ability to gain a Defence Baseline Clearance

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in data management within a facilities management services industry
