Marketing and Internal Communications Lead

📍 Melbourne | 🕒 Full-time

Our team is growing and we're looking for a Marketing and Internal Communications Lead to join us in our Melbourne CBD office.

Working closely with our marketing and communications team, you’ll contribute across both internal communication and external marketing. Bringing campaigns to life, supporting leadership communication and organisational initiatives, and strengthening how we show up across our digital channels including web, social media and campaign activity.

You will help shape campaign or positioning work, contributing to brand initiatives or improving our digital presence. Other days you’ll be hands-on creating content, managing digital and social campaigns, or supporting communications that build connection, confidence and momentum across the business.

💡 Key Responsibilities

• Marketing campaigns — Develop campaigns aligned to business priorities
• Content creation/management — Oversee website, digital and social content
• Internal communication — Deliver leadership updates and organisational comms
• Case studies — Develop case studies, campaign content and exec messaging
• Bid support — Craft compelling narratives and collateral for bids
• Project delivery

✨ What We’re Looking For

• 5 years’ experience across marketing and communications
• Experience with B2B or Facilities management would be highly desirable
• Strong writing, digital content and storytelling capability
• Stakeholder confidence across diverse business areas
• Strategic + hands‑on balance
• Campaign and project delivery experience
• Organisational skills with ability to juggle competing priorities
• Experience in complex or multi‑site environments is helpful but not essential
