You will play a key role in ensuring that contracted maintenance services deliver safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective outcomes, aligned with asset performance objectives and broader organisational requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who can combine technical expertise with strong planning and commercial evaluation skills to support effective asset management outcomes.

Support the technical evaluation of supplier submissions, identifying scope deviations and commercial risks. Assist with tender clarifications, negotiations, and recommendation development.
-
Transition & Mobilisation Support
Support supplier mobilisation and transition planning, including asset data and maintenance backlog handover. Assist with CMMS/EAM onboarding and planning setup and identify early risks and stabilisation actions.
To be considered:
-
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in engineering and/or asset management, ideally within Electrical, Fire, HVAC, Hydraulic, Mechanical, or Civil services.
-
Strong experience in asset expenditure, forecasting, analytics, and managing large data sets.

-
A results-driven mindset, with the ability to identify priorities, solve problems, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
