We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Integrated Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operational management of service delivery at RAAF Edinburgh, SA. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and the safety and wellbeing of all Placemakers and client personnel. You will lead and ensure reliable, consistent delivery of services across the location.

You will champion governance, foster a high-performance culture, and continuously seek improvement opportunities that elevate both ISS and our clients.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Lead contract delivery and ensure alignment with scope, strategic plans and client satisfaction
  • Oversee all service streams, ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met or exceeded
  • Take full financial responsibility — drive portfolio performance to maximise growth and service quality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Client on significant projects and critical events, ensuring compliance with established rules
  • Determine resource requirements for ISS and contracted staff to maintain service delivery
  • Lead, manage, and develop reporting ISS staff
  • Set policy, objectives, and business plans for the site
  • Prepare and present regular Client reports to agreed criteria
  • Ensure compliance with ISS and Client HSEQ standards, promoting safe work practices
  • Uphold ISS values: Honesty, Entrepreneurship, Responsibility, Quality and Unity

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years in an operational leadership position
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Sound understanding of financials and processes
  • Proven ability in leading large teams in service delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic and operational mindset with a track record of driving improvements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work respectfully with diverse backgrounds
  • Results-focused with strong prioritisation and solution-generation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with high motivation, initiative, and resilience
  • Capacity to balance secure environment requirements with promoting healthy routine.

Compliance: Must be an Australian Citizen and must hold or be eligible for a Baseline Security Clearance

Preferred:

  • Defence experience will be highly regarded
