🔍 About the Role

As the F&B Systems Support Analyst, you’ll report to the Technology Solutions Segment Lead and work closely with the Food & Beverage Solutions Manager. You’ll be responsible for supporting key applications including:

• Delegate ERP (Procure-to-Pay, Menu Management, Inventory)
• Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and EFTPOS/payment integrations
• Food Technology Systems

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing frontline support to operational and corporate users
• Supporting End-of-Month finance processes
• Monitoring system integrations and ensuring stability
• Assisting with upgrades, implementations, testing, and security remediation
• Creating and maintaining documentation and training materials
• Managing data and automation tools, identifying gaps and recommending improvements

🎯 What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills. You’ll be a trusted partner across teams, vendors, and clients.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience supporting any food procurement and menu management system
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service/change management frameworks
• Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL and networking principles
• Strong documentation and training material creation
• Analytical mindset with experience handling large data sets
• Excellent time management and confidentiality

Compliance requirement - Australian Citizen & ability to gain a Defence Baseline Clearance

Desirable Extras:

• Tertiary IT qualifications
• ITIL or other IT certifications
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• Exposure to integration technologies (APIs, middleware frameworks)
• Experience supporting Delegate ERP
