Are you passionate about creating a thriving workplace culture? We’re seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team at our corporate office in Marleston. In this dynamic generalist HR role, you’ll partner closely with site leaders to drive engagement, enhance retention, and deliver impactful people initiatives.

As we provide services across multiple industries, occasional travel to client sites when an onsite presence is required (driving to locations in Adelaide and surrounds and flying to remote mining camps within SA).

🔧 What You’ll Do

Reporting to the General Manager – People & Culture, you’ll play a key role in:

• Partnering with operational leaders to ensure compliance with People & Culture policies
• Leading retention strategies and supporting employee development
• Providing ER/IR support including grievances, complaints, and investigations
• Driving employee recognition and performance initiatives
• Fostering strong stakeholder relationships and delivering HR guidance
• Championing employee engagement and workplace morale

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, large-scale workforce
• Proven experience managing a diverse workforce in a regulated environment
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present and train face-to-face with large groups
• A proactive, people-first mindset with a passion for building culture
• Experience in blue-collar industries is highly regarded
