As Cleaning Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the delivery of high-quality cleaning services at two flagship commercial buildings. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure compliance with contractual and legislative requirements, and foster strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and Events, Catering, and Sustainability teams.
The Position:

Lead and manage cleaning operations across both sites, ensuring service excellence

Provide direction and support to supervisors, frontline staff, and subcontractors

Monitor compliance with HSE, EEO, and industrial relations legislation

Identify operational risks and propose practical, innovative solutions

Build strong working relationships with ISS leadership and external stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and team performance

Minimum Criteria:

Proven experience in managing large-scale cleaning contracts or facilities services

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

A proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency

Sound knowledge of compliance and safety regulations
- Previous Defence or military experience highly desirable
