   Are you a proactive leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? As a Facility Coordinator, you’ll ensure top-tier service delivery at our Key Account site, coordinating teams to maintain compliance and performance. Acting as the critical interface between our organization and the customer, you’ll foster strong partnerships, uphold contractual commitments, and resolve customer concerns. This role is central to sustaining collaboration with HPE/HP Inc. stakeholders and business units. Our team is growing and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Facility Coordinator, employed on a Full-Time basis. 

The Position:

  • Respond promptly to customer requests for maintenance assistance
  • Oversee maintenance schedules, service contracts, and critical system operations.
  • Select and use appropriate equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturers' instructions, policies and procedures
  • Daily site inspection of facilities to record all faults/defects for follow up action
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate and accessible records.

  • Work closely with ISS and client stakeholders to approve, report, and escalate issues.

  • Ensure all staff and contractors follow health and safety guidelines.

Minimum Criteria:

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously
  • Trade qualification desirable but not essential
  • Able to carry out maintenance tasks with minimal supervision and direction
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure
  • Experience in Facilities Services including delivering maintenance within a corporate environment
