ISS Facility Services is looking for an experienced and detail oriented Contract Administrator (CA) to join our team in a Full Time role, supporting our client who is responsible for building and operating Australia’s broadband infrastructure.
The role will be based at our client’s site at in the Sydney CBD.
This role will support our Key Account Manager and Operations Team to ensure contract growth from new and traditional service offerings, supporting contract terms and ensuring conditions are met. As well as to undertake general administrative tasks, this role includes the tracking of field work end to end through in-house system, customer database maintenance and upload of documents along with access verification submissions for client portal.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Apply, enforce and monitor compliance to the client's and ISS's HSEQ policies associated with the contract,
- Ensure HSEQ incidents are reported promptly and investigated thoroughly with agreed corrective action(s) implemented in line with ISS procedure,
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the designated client representatives via regular formal meetings,
- Provide excellence in customer service to internal and external customers,
- Manage requests for documentation and review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date,
- Entering and updating electronic copies of internally produced data and vendor data into the electronic document management systems, such as work orders,
- Act as first point of contact for administrative enquiries from vendors,
- Undertake duties as directed by management within level, competence, experience.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a similar operational environment,
- Experience working with design, technical and auditing information,
- Strong skills in MS office including Outlook, Excel and Word,
- Good attention to detail, with the ability to multitask,
- Proficient typing skills and minute taking,
- Ability to pass an Australian National Police Check and Anti-Money Laundering Check.
