Exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team in Port Macquarie, employed on a 1-month Fixed Term contract basis with the possibility of moving to full time.
The Contract Administrator role is primarily focused on supporting the operational delivery – ensuring reliable and consistent delivery to plans.
The role is responsible for ensuring that we deliver as part of our Quality Management Plan, the systems, technology and process necessary for good practice record keeping in accordance with the regulatory compliance framework and that associated KPIs are met.
Snapshot of your day:
- Monitor and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the safety systems, behaviors and practices
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the designated client representatives via regular formal meetings
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage. Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
- Set up, copy, scan and store documents. Create templates. Manage requests for documentation.
- Processing all documentation received, including vendor data, in accordance with prescribed procedures and time schedules
- Ensure all administrative requirements of contract and other contract related paperwork is addressed in a timely and accurate manner maintain client database with company supported site documentation
What you must possess:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar operational environment.
- Experience working with design, technical and auditing information
- Knowledge of Docover, Sharepoint, One Drive and MS Excel
- Strong IT skills in MS office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Good attention to detail, with the ability to multitask
- Proficient typing skills and minute taking
