About Us:
We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our Energy and Resources village services operations and support the team in driving quality outcomes for our clients.  This role will be based at our Perth Office in Balcatta, with regular travel to our remote sites across regional Western Australia.

What You’ll Do:

  • Foster a Team Culture: Establish a strong, inclusive team culture that emphasises collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
  • Define Clear Roles & Expectations: Ensure every team member knows their role, responsibilities, and how their work contributes to the success of the contract.
  • Provide Training & Development: Ensure engagement in training programs that enhance your team's skills and knowledge related to their roles, the client's industry, and compliance requirements.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of any changes in legislation that affect your operations.
  • Implement Compliance Measures: Ensure compliance with all relevant authorities and industrial relations legislation.
  • Document & Report: Ensure all compliance efforts are well documented, and reports are made as required by law or industry standards.
  • Leverage Technology: Use technology to streamline operations, enhance communication, and ensure compliance.
  • Build a Support Network: Engage with other leaders and managers who are responsible for similar contracts.
  • Prioritize Health & Safety: Make sure that health and safety are always top priorities in all operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Approximately five years’ experience in a senior leadership position.
  • Industry qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • High level operational management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects that are strategic in nature.
  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
  • Sound understanding of Financial/Budget knowledge and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated client liaison skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Enthusiasm and energy are essential to the successful delivery of this key role.
