Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from people to join us as a Concierge Operations Manager, employed on a Full-Time basis. This collaborative role will require you to use your interpersonal and workplace management expertise to shape an efficient workplace, based onsite in the Melbourne CBD.

The Concierge Operations Manager will embody a passion for excellence and will be driven by the desire to provide an exceptional experience. Responsible for leading a team to ensure the seamless coordination, planning and delivery of workplace events.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, embody our values and prioritise outstanding service. They will work with a prominent National client in the banking sector, and be based in Melbourne, working closely with the client to ensure the successful delivery of the corporate hospitality function.

 The Position:

  • Lead and inspire a team dedicated to providing banquet services and immaculate customer experience.  
  • Help shape an efficient workplace and superior user experience for all
  • Ensure top-tier coordination, planning and delivery of workplace meetings & events.
  • Optimize workplace functionality by ensuring meeting rooms are reset, stocked, and resolve any equipment and AV issues.
  • Ensure all relevant mailboxes are monitored and managed.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach, managing team performance, rostering and scheduling.
  • Act as an escalation point for client stakeholders.
  • This position requires availability within extended business hours (7AM to 7PM), excluding public holidays and weekends.

Minimum Criteria:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in Concierge work, Hospitality, Workforce Operations, Events and stakeholder management.
  • Strong experience in hospitality (food & beverage or banquet).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing stakeholder relationships.
  • MS Office suite proficiency required.
  • Willing to complete background/probity check (National Police Check, ASIC – financial services).
  • Sound time management skills, self-motivated, organised, and have the ability to work unsupervised.
