Our team is growing and we are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from people to join us in Master Data Management and Data Analytics. Particular focus is on employees looking for Full Time roles, to work FIFO from our client’s mining sites within the WA.

Reporting into Asset Managers, with support from our Pacific Technical Services and Technology teams, the roles are responsible for driving performance and value realisation across all Asset Management functions within the Key Accounts by proactively creating a data led decision-making eco-system and culture.

 

A snapshot of what you will do:

  • Coordinate Master Data changes in line with procedures.
  • Maintain data integrity across all Asset Management functions from: Asset Appraisal & Lifecycle Planning, Engineering, Maintenance Planning / Scheduling and Asset data.
  • Establish preventative and predictive maintenance plans allowing for effective resource planning and utilisation.
  • Ensure long-term PPM smoothing to enable resource efficiency and budget management.
  • Manage all internal and external client request for information (RFI) requests.
  • Establish client Asset Registers, support targeted asset condition assessments, including data management in conformance with Global & Local Taxonomy.
  • Provide support in the efficient use of CMMS systems and reporting to service delivery teams within Key Accounts.
  • Provide insights in performance of engineering assets & utilize the data to improve asset health, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of ISO 55001 certification.

Our ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated process orientation and data-driven skill sets with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in the use of professional CMMS (for example: IBM Tririga, SAP, Maximo, etc.) and high volumes of data.  
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of MS Excel and all other data applications.
  • Exceptional quantitative analytical and financial modelling skills. 
  • Experience in Asset Management activities in a process and building services environment (although not essential).
  • Results focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome for all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple priorities.
