About the Role:
Are you looking to join a stable well respected large organization working across multiple industries?
Due to internal growth, we are looking to recruit a full-time experienced Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our high-performance team. This is an exciting time for our organization and this opportunity would see you join an expanding team which has strategic importance to achieving our corporate vision.
Role Responsibilities:
- Be first point of call for all queries from employees and managers
- Ensure all roster changes are updated in order of priority
- Manage and assist with fortnightly pay closes
- Interpret relevant Awards and Enterprise agreements
- Ensure compliance with relevant Industrial Agreements
- Assist in continuous improvement projects
- Process manual pays via rostering system as required
- Assist with completion of Monthly and adhoc reporting
- Monitor employee reliability to shifts and report any unsatisfactory performance.
Minimum Criteria:
- Experience in Workforce Planning Coordinator
- Ability to work productively with limited supervision in a team environment or alone
- Exceptional communication and technology skills
- Can do attitude and willing to jump in to ensure service delivery is achieved where required.
- Must have full time work rights.
