Our team is growing and we are currently seeking a dedicated administrator to join us in the position of Operations Support Manager at our Marleston Office, employed on a Full Time basis Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the local Business Operations Manager, the Operations Support Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations managers via a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to, accurate and timely recording and reporting as required, assist with end of month financial reporting and business reviews as required.

Proven customer skills are an essential requirement of the role, as is a strong decision making capability.

Duties:

  • To assist the operational and finance management functions to achieve performance targets within the segment portfolios as required
  • Manage daily work orders
  • Minute taking and distribution
  • Day to day administration as required
  • General Finance administration as required
  • Populate and create reports for operational/client internal and external meetings in software programs required by contracts
  • Assist in any EOM activities as required
  • Diary and or Travel management as directed
  • Assist with Customer Service Manager site based operational needs as required as directed by BOM
  • Proactively establish and maintain a positive and favourable relationship with the state and national based ISS internal teams

Minimum Criteria:

  • Min 2 years administrative / data entry experience
  • Current SA Drivers License
  • Experience in using Microsoft suite with a strong focus on Excel
  • Experience in a customer service based role
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service and able to work within a team
  • Good communication skills
