The opportunity:

We're hiring Fulltime DIDO (Drive in / Drive out) Café Supervisor from Mackay and nearby suburbs in lifestyle roster of 5 days on and 2 days off. 

• Annual Wage including super : $105,000

• Oversee daily cafe and catering operations to ensure high-quality service

• Supervise, train, and support cafe and catering staff

• Coordinate with clients to understand and meet their catering needs

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and service areas

• Assist with menu planning and uphold presentation standards

• Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues efficiently

• Monitor staff performance and support continuous team development

• Collaborate with management to achieve financial and operational goals

To be considered:

• Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order management, sales tracking, and reporting

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in a cafe, hospitality, or catering supervisory role

• Previous experience in a remote setting or the hospitality industry (preferred).
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia
• Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
• Must pass a Queensland Coal Board Medical and Functional Assessment
• Safe Food Handling Certificate desired.
• RSA Certificate desired.
• Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
