The Position:
- Provide consistent high quality customer service

- Greeting and assisting passengers at security checkpoints
- Providing respectful and professional screening, including for other women
- Helping manage passenger flow with calm and clarity
- Working within clear safety and security procedures
- Being the reassuring face of airport security for thousands of travellers
- Screening customers at security checkpoints
- Efficiently managing traffic flow of customers through to terminals
- Maintaining compliance in all security and safety procedures
What we are looking for:
- Female identifying individuals to screen female passengers through Perth Airport
- Great communicators who enjoy helping people
- Customer service experience is welcome — but not required
- Interested in aviation, safety, or security? This is your stepping stone
- Willing to commit to complete company provided training to gain Certificate II in Transport Security Protection ($1,500) OR currently hold a Certificate II in Transport Security Protection
What you need:
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to pass a drug screening, medical check, and criminal history check (ASIC eligibility)
- Unrestricted driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster (part-time)
