The Opportunity:
ISS Facility Services are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic and professional Resources Operations Maintenance Team on a 2&1 fly-in-fly-out roster from Perth Airport to Karratha, at our Searipple Village site in Regional Western Australia.
Reporting to the Village Manager, the primary objective of this role is to effectively manage our client’s maintenance portfolio in line with contractual agreements.

- Safety & Compliance
- Project Management
- Recording and Reporting
- Leading others to perform at the highest of standards
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in strong leadership, support and coordination of trade and maintenance staff. You will have been successful at creating a safe working environment in the Facility Management space and ensuring continuity of maintenance operations at optimum efficiency. Additionally, you will
demonstrate and possess the following:
- Trades qualification (desirable)
- A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills
- A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Australian Manual Driver's License - ESSENTIAL
- Full Working rights in Australia - ESSENTIAL
- Police Clearance (not older than 12 Months) – ESSENTIAL
- Ability to work 2&1 FIFO roster from Perth
