🧭 About the Role
As the Key Account Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind reliable and consistent contract delivery across St Agnes. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence, risk mitigation, and a safe, healthy environment for all facility users, employees, and subcontractors.
You’ll champion governance, foster a high-performance culture, and continuously seek improvement opportunities that elevate both ISS and our clients. This role is pivotal in managing diverse client sites and coordinating with our Key Facilities Delivery Teams to ensure seamless FM service integration.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Lead contract delivery and ensure alignment with strategic plans and client expectations

Identify and manage risks, incidents, and stakeholder concerns through established processes

Drive portfolio performance to maximise growth, profitability, and service quality

Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and key stakeholders
-
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
-
Ensure compliance with ISS and St Agnes procedures and standards
-
Uphold ISS values: Honesty, Entrepreneurship, Responsibility, Quality, and Unity
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience

Tertiary education in facility management, business administration, project management, or similar
-
Proven experience managing a workforce
-
Strong understanding of operations and maintenance in telecommunications or technical services
-
Knowledge of building compliance and risk management practices
-
Skilled in issue resolution, problem solving, and delivering presentations
-
Willingness to travel intrastate regularly and interstate occasionally
