• Partner with Category Managers to deliver strategic Category Plans
• Lead end-to-end procurement projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Execute tenders and negotiate contracts to drive cost savings
• Analyse data to uncover opportunities and inform procurement strategy
• Engage regularly with suppliers to ensure performance and service excellence
• Support operational teams and foster strong internal relationships

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years’ commercial procurement experience in a matrix organisation
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage competing priorities
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Desirable Extras:

• Tertiary qualification in business or related field
• CIPS certification (or working towards it)
• Experience in Facilities Management or Construction
• Familiarity with digital procurement platforms (e.g., P2P systems)
