About You:

We’re looking for team-oriented individuals with a passion for excellence and a background in cleaning. You should have:

• A positive attitude and commitment to reliability and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including potential overnight stays.
• A valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• The ability to provide a NSW Police Clearance and Working With Children Check.

Desired Experience & Skills:

While experience in cleaning or restoration is valuable, we’re also looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in their role. If you have experience in the following, we’d love to hear from you:

• Hard Floor Restoration: Experience with resilient, ceramic tile, wood, and safety flooring.
• Detailed Cleaning: Including offices, schools, and amenities blocks.
• Specialized Equipment: Experience operating scrubbers, sanders, and window ionisers.
• Working from Heights: Knowledge of safe working practices for elevated tasks.
• Physical Fitness: This role involves physical tasks, and we’re seeking individuals who can meet the challenge.
• Team Leadership: A talent for motivating and supporting your colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
