Do you love working in customer facing roles and are seeking a new opportunity? Look no further! ISS is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Barista to join our expanding team due to exciting growth in our global organisation.
We are seeking Baristas to join our ISS team in Wacol employed on a Casual basis.
You will have experience in a similar role, and will bring your commitment, energy and passion for customer service to our team and most importantly our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Be a positive team player
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting food and beverage as required.
- Upsell items where the opportunity presents
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of espresso coffee options
- repare and serve espresso-based coffees as well as eas and other beverages
- Operate POS system and ensure accurate cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness of bistro by sanitising equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Ensure proper restock of coffee brewing equipment and replenish bean supply.

What you can offer:
- Previous experience as a barista (highly desirable)
- Exceptional organisation and communications skills
- Punctual, efficient and trustworthy
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on safety, the environment and compliance
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Experience in delivering a high level of customer service with strong attention to detail
- Excellent personal presentation & grooming
- Must have own transport as public transport isn't available
